You start by picking out the keywords that people might type into a search engine to find a real estate agency in your city. Order
them by importance. The most important are your city, state and the words "Real Estate". You will use your key words repeatedly in each of the boxes below.Title Bar It is tempting just to put your
agency's name in the title bar. The title bar is what the search engines will use as a title for your entry in their listings. However, words in the title bar are extremely important to search engine placement and
should contain your most important keywords. So, make sure that the title bar contains at least your city, state and the words "Real Estate". Header MessageThis is most frequently used for your address, however, it can contain anything
you wish to enter. Welcome TitleThis is the bold title
that appears at the top of your welcome. You should be able to work in your city and, perhaps, state. Again, this is for the search engines. DescriptionSome search engines will use the description of your business that you provide,
while others will take the top part of your welcome message. Again, it is important to include the most important keywords in this description. Keep your description to 100 or fewer words. KeywordsList your key words separated by commas. Put the most important keywords first. Don't
go overboard; most search engines will only look at the first 10 to 20 keywords. Do not use a keyword more than once in this list.
Password (Required)This is the master password for management of your web site. Write it down and don't lose it.
